Send Your Donation with Zelle®

Follow these simple steps to send your donation securely using Zelle® and your bank's mobile app or online banking.

🚀 Quick Start

To send money with Zelle® using an email, log into your banking app, select "Send Money with Zelle®", and add a new recipient using their email address. Enter the payment amount and click send.

If enrolled: Funds arrive in minutes.
If not enrolled: Recipient has 14 days to enroll and receive funds.

📋 Step-by-Step Instructions

Access Zelle®

Open your bank's mobile app or log in to online banking. Navigate to the Zelle® section (sometimes found under "Send Money," "Transfers," or "Payments").

Add Recipient

Select "Send" or "Add Recipient". Enter the recipient's name and email address: shenell@pscsllc.net

Enter Donation Amount

Input the amount you wish to donate. You can also add a note like "FreshStart Donation" to help us identify your gift.

Review and Send

Double-check the recipient's email address (shenell@pscsllc.net) to ensure it is correct. Payments cannot be cancelled if the recipient is already enrolled with Zelle®.

Confirmation

The recipient will receive an email notification of your payment. If they are already enrolled with Zelle®, funds will be available in their account within minutes.

⚠️ Important Information

  • Enrollment: If the recipient is not yet enrolled with Zelle®, they will receive instructions via email to enroll and receive the funds.
  • Timeline: Funds are typically available within minutes for enrolled users.
  • Safety: Only send money to trusted friends, family, and verified organizations like Fresh Start USA.
  • Limits: Your bank may have daily or monthly transfer limits. Check with your bank for details.
  • 14-Day Rule: If the recipient does not enroll within 14 days, the money will be automatically returned to your account.
